• User Provided Data: email address, login identifiers, support requests, chat prompts and messages, agent instructions, preferences, files, images, token-creation information, and other content you choose to provide.
• Wallet and Transaction Data: public wallet addresses, connected-account metadata, public transaction metadata, balances, orders, positions, on-chain activity, and other blockchain data needed to show portfolio, trading, wallet, and agent functionality.
• Partner and Verification Data: information from authentication, embedded-wallet, on-ramp, off-ramp, KYC/AML, payment, exchange, protocol, and other service providers when you connect or use those services through Suzi.
• Automatically Collected Data: IP address, device, browser, and OS information; crash reports; page views; page leave events; feature and interaction analytics; session duration; error logs; and, where enabled, session recording or replay data to monitor performance, investigate issues, secure accounts, and improve the Services.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
• Facilitate wallet functionality, chat, agent workflows, delegated or automated actions you authorize, transactions, swaps, portfolio views, and on-ramp or off-ramp purchases.
• Perform identity verification and comply with legal obligations.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the Services.
• Secure accounts, detect suspicious activity, troubleshoot failed or delayed transactions, and debug operational issues.
• Analyze usage trends and improve feature functionality, reliability, and user experience.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide support.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only as necessary with:

• Service Providers: such as authentication, embedded-wallet, hosting, analytics, support, AI/model infrastructure, RPC, on-ramp, off-ramp, KYC/AML, payment, swap-routing, exchange, and protocol infrastructure providers, under contractual confidentiality obligations where applicable.
• Analytics and Hosting Partners: for performance monitoring and secure data storage.
• Third-Party Services You Use Through Suzi: when you connect a wallet, submit a transaction, use an on-ramp or off-ramp, execute a swap, or authorize an agent action, we may share the information needed to complete your request with the relevant provider or protocol.
• Legal and Regulatory Authorities: when required by applicable law or to protect rights and safety.

We use cookies and local storage to enable core functionality (for example, login sessions and user preferences) and analytics tools to understand how the App is used. You may manage or disable cookies through your device settings, though doing so may affect App functionality.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or to comply with legal requirements. Chat, support, transaction, audit, and security records may be retained as needed to provide the Services, investigate issues, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations. Analytics data are retained for up to 24 months before being anonymized or deleted.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact suzi@sendai.fun. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information in transit and at rest, including access controls and security measures provided by us and our service providers. However, no system is completely secure. Public blockchain activity is visible by design, and you bear responsibility for safeguarding your device, recovery methods, wallets, private keys, seed phrases, passkeys, passwords, and other credentials.

Your data may be stored, processed or transferred to servers and service providers located outside your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your data.

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
